Lawrence Ho serves as Chief Technology Officer at Effex, where he leads product strategy, design, and development across the company's suite of AI solutions. His product vision ensures that every Effex product solves real operational problems with practical, user-friendly AI.

A serial entrepreneur and software engineer by trade, Lawrence specializes in bridging complex technical architecture with seamless business integration. He believes that the best enterprise AI is invisible AI — technology that works so seamlessly, users forget it's there. This philosophy is backed by his proven ability to build robust systems from the ground up, having previously architected products capable of handling over 10,000 daily orders.

Lawrence has been the driving force behind the development of Chatlyst, Clairo, Cowork, and the Effex Agents platform. His hands-on approach to product development means he works directly with engineering teams and enterprise clients to ensure every feature delivers measurable value.

Before Effex, Lawrence spent 9 years as the Chief Product Officer at Pickupp, where he successfully scaled product and technology teams from 3 to 40 people across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan. His earlier career includes foundational roles as a Business & Technology Integration Analyst at Accenture, a Software Engineer at SuperAyi, and Co-founder of Appic Tech. Limited. Lawrence holds a Dual Degree in Technology and Management (BEng in Computer Engineering and BBA in General Business Management) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
